2.Huion provides one year warranty on this product.Please be assured that if there's a product quality problem within one year from the purchase date, we can apply for a replacement unit for you with the following information provided.

4) A video or some pictures that can show the problem clearly.

Once the replacement application is approved, we will send you a replacement unit for free. However, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
