Quality guarantee

1. Product quality, warranty period, scope, warranty conditions.We guarantee that the products we sold are the latest qualified products. From the products loading container to install outdoor(within 2 months),if the goods have function problems, they can be returned or exchanged.We factory guarantee that the goods we sold is 5 years warranty (that is 5 years for the main pipe and 1 year for the moving parts) which calculated 2 months from the products loading container to install outdoor.

2. From the installed time,depending on the lifetime of different moving parts,we factory can provide the spare parts free of charge with 5 years.

3. During the warranty period,if the products appear function problems caused by process flows,except people damaged them on purpose,We factory will provide new products.

4.If the products are damaged by bumps and scratches during during transportation and then rust that belongs to be uncontrollable factors. We do not guarantee maintenance.But if damaged by the process flows,and more than 40% of the whole product is rusted (except for special installation environment, such as the seaside or coastal areas), we factory guarantee to provide spare parts or one new product together with the next order.
