Q: What’s your MOQ (minimum order quantity)? Do you accept custom made, do I have to pay extra cost for it?
A: We do not have MOQ for wedding dresses. We accept custom made service for free, normally it would take 45~60 days to finish the custom designs.

Q: As for the custom make designs, will you search new fabric and lace for us if we want to make new designs?

A: We have many fabric and all kinds of lace available for you choose. If you do not want any of them, we will help you search new fabric and lace for your designs.

Q: Can you promise 100% same(Like patterns, fabric, lace and colors) as the original pictures if I send you pictures making into real dresses.

A: We can’t promise 100% same as the pictures, if we can find similar or same lace and fabric as the pictures, then we would make the dresses very similar and even same. However, if you want the patterns, fabric, colors all exactly same as the pictures, that’s really difficult for us. Especially the colors hard to be matched with the pictures. Nevertheless, we would make the dresses very pretty under the charge of our professional design team.

Q: Are all your pictures real?
A: All our pictures are taken from real sample wedding dresses. There might be different in color because of the computer monitor settings. With the difference in the measurement method, please allowed 1~2 cm in size deviation.

Q: Are your wedding dresses available in all colors? Can I custom made the dresses in any colors?
A: The colored wedding dresses you see on our store are available in the showing pictures. The MOQ is 5 pcs for one color per style if you want the dresses in the colors you like.

Q: Can you do modest modifications, such as add sleeve, change the lace, change the zipper to lace up, etc?
A: It is allowed to modify the designs, and it won’t charge you for the small modifications like zipper to lace up, long sleeves to short sleeves etc. But for the big modifications like change our original patterns, no sleeves to add sleeves, train longer much than our original, with another new lace on our original patterns, then we will charge you for the as we need much more work and cost on them.

Q: Is OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture)service available for you? Can you put my labels on my dresses?
A: OEM service is available by us, all our wedding dresses are without labels. If you want us make your designs and put your own labels, you may send your designs to us by email. And you also need to send us your labels or we can help you make your labels in China by our labels suppliers with MOQ requested which cost will be covered by you.
