1.To keep the outer packing and the inner stuffing well. If the packing is damaged, please contact the dispatcher and issue a damage certifcate, otherwise, we cannot identify the cause, and we will not handle the return and replacement.
2.Please take photos first and record the damaged outer packing and
product pictures in as much detail as possible.
3.Please send photos of damaged products and packages to the
salesman.
4.The salesman will check the situation, if it is true, will give you a
satisfactory solution.
