Q1: What is your minimum order quantity?
We have small MOQ for Ready To Ship (RTS) items for about 2-50pcs, other items depends on different designs, you can refer to our item description. If you have less quantity requested than our MOQ on website, please feel free to contact with us, we will check it and try to make exception for you.
Q2: How can i get the quotation?
Usually quotation will be sent to you within one working day upon all the details of products being clear. For urgent projects, please remind us, we will try to respond to you within several hours.
Q3: Do you accept custom design projects?
Sure, we often make customized orders. You may send us the sample or artwork, then we make samples for your approval. Color, size, material, finish, lining and etc. can be made as customer's requirement.
Q4: Do you have stock for sales?
Yes, not only Ready To Ship ( RTS ) items have stocks, but also most of other items available.
Q5: What is Sample charge & sample time & production time?
We accept sample order for 2-3 pieces, some of designs are free of samples, for the chargeable samples can be refunded after place bulk order. Customized sample time usually is about 7-10 days, production time is about 30 days. All of these detailed information will be confirmed before place order.
Q6: What is your payment term?
30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We accept QC inspection before shipment.
Q7: I'm not seeing what I need, can you help me?
Sure. If the product descriptions are not clear enough, please send us message or Email. You may also tell us your idea, then we send our designs to you for your reference. In a word, please don't hesitate to contact with us, we are waiting for you. Thank you again!
