A1. The MOQ of our products is 1000 pcs for one model one size.

Q2. I'd like to know your Payment way. 

A2. The payment term is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q3. How about Delivery time? 

A3. 30 - 45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based on normal condition.

Q4. I'd like to Mix several models in one container. May I? 

A4. Certainly. We have to point out that you can select two models in one container (1X40HQ).

Q5. We'd like to print our logo on the appliances. Can you make it? 

A5. We provide OEM services which including logo printing, gift box design, and carton design.

Q6. Shall we pay Extral cost for OEM service? 

A6. The OEM service is totally free of charge.

Q7. Can I get a discount for buying your goods? 

A7. As everybody knows that the price depends on the quantity. We will automatically be making a discount to our regular customer.
