1.Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?

A: We are a professional manufacturer more than 10 years. specialized in wireless charger, professional and skilled team follow up your orders.   

2.What is your MOQ of neutral products?

A: Many products no MOQ required, you can order based on your actual needs.  

3. Are you able to provide custom logo print and custom packaging?

A: Yes, it is available for customized LOGO and packing. 

MOQ for customized logo on product is 500PCS,  customized packing is 1K PCS.  but for the first trial order, quantity can be negotiated 

4. What color/logo options do you offer?

A: Our regular color is white and black,  customized other color you like is also available 

5. Are you able to send a custom sample? 

A: It's workable, but for customized sample, print logo is not free,  cost is US$100.  this cost will be refunded to decent order if order size more than MOQ.  

6. What is the packaging?

A: We provide neutral packing, customized packing is also available.  

7. Can I custom the product color ? If yes, any extra cost and MOQ? 

A: We have stock colors, but you can customize color you like. MOQ is 3000 PCS, no extra cost.  

8. Are you able to print/sticker our UPC label on the product?

A: It is available, and we usually help customer to print and paste sticker.  

9.What is your standard production time?

A: Production time is about 15 working days for MOQ after receipt of payment. normally, transportation time by express (such as DHL, UPS) is about one week, by air is about 10-15 days, by sea is about one month.  

10.What is your payment terms?

A: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment 

11.Can you send free samples?

A: Yes, free samples are available for regular customers;  for new customers, sample charged but sample fee will be refunded to the decent order.  

12. Are you able to ship the order via air shipping FedEx, DHL or UPS?

A: Products can be sent out by the way customer prefer to choose, such as by express (DHL, UPS...), by air or by sea.
