Basic Troubleshooting:

Q1:When the mop rotates slowly, there may be insufficient battery power

RE:please recharge.

Q2:When the mop rotates unevenly, it may be caused by dusters not installing probably

RE:please adjust the duster and try again.

Q3:When the mop doesn't work while turned on

RE:please check if the aluminum rods connect well.

Q4:If the mop can not wipe the floor clean

RE:please check whether the mop clothes get aging and replace them timely.

Warnings:

1.Make sure the mop be turned off when charging, or it will not charge successfully.

2.Do not immerse the machine in water, or the batteries and motors will be damaged.

3.Do not violent throw the mop, avoid man-made destruction damage.

4.When the clean finished, wash the duster and dry it by airing in the shade.
